Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to lead on-site deployment of large-scale AI infrastructure and GPU clusters across Southeast Asia. This role requires hands-on leadership on the datacenter floor, coordinating rack delivery, installation, and customer handoff.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of datacenter deployment experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in delivering multi-site programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of datacenter infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading large-scale deployment programs.
• Physical presence at deployment sites and on-site leadership.
• Extensive travel within Southeast Asia is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of GPU-based AI infrastructure at hyperscale facilities.
• Oversee all activities from rack arrival through installation, commissioning and handoff.
• Coordinate site preparation, logistics, deployment teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Provide daily status and executive-level updates on deployment progress.
