Job summary

Oracle Singapore is seeking an experienced Build Operations professional to orchestrate GPU, network, and compute infrastructure for large-scale AI workloads. You will define ownership boundaries and implement standardized deployment processes across sites, while coordinating with TPM, DCBT, DCO, DCFE, DCSO, capacity planning, and external partners.

You will guide deploys from material delivery through rack setup to handover, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in mission-critical data center operations and AI infrastructure.
• Ability to define build operations models with clear ownership and SLAs.
• Experience coordinating vendors and internal teams across regional sites.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the build operations model for GPU, network, compute, and related infra.
• Create processes, ownership boundaries, SLAs, reporting, escalation paths, and standards.
• Oversee physical deployment from material delivery to handover to operations.
• Ensure deployment safety, quality, and alignment with timelines.
• Identify blockers and coordinate resolutions with Oracle teams, vendors, and partners.
• Mentor DCTs, shift leads, site leads, and fly-in teams across JAPAC.
