Job summary

JOBSTATION SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an Automation & Recruitment Workflow Associate in Singapore to streamline hiring processes by building CV extraction and candidate-profile workflows. You will collaborate with recruiters to monitor errors, quantify time saved, and improve productivity through automation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of LLMs and APIs, and experience with Power Automate or similar tools. Diploma or degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience with practical evidence appropriate to the seniority level.
• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), APIs, and automation platforms such as Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Experience with SQL and basic scripting to support workflow automation.
• Diploma, degree, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant technical, business, or creative discipline.
