Job summary

TikTok in Singapore is seeking a researcher to research, develop, and optimize AI Agents and MLLMs/LLMs powering them, driving the technical roadmap and exploring multimodal capabilities across text, image, video, and audio.

You will collaborate across teams to translate cutting-edge research into production-ready solutions for the LIVE business domain, with a focus on Agent-based applications and Generative AI.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in MLLMs/LLMs, AI Agents, Generative AI, or related AI fields.
• Proficient in Python and experienced with mainstream deep learning frameworks.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and optimize AI Agents and the underlying MLLMs/LLMs that power them.
• Stay at the forefront of research and trends in MLLMs/LLMs, AI Agents, and Generative AI.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap by focusing on emerging advances in multimodal understanding and generation across modalities such as text, image/video and audio.
• Drive the practical application of these technologies - particularly through Agent-based solutions - within the LIVE business domain.
