You will translate guidelines into actionable content judgments, build risk assessment workflows using large language models, and produce safety analyses to support policy refinement and risk mitigation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in internet content operations, moderation, content safety, or related fields.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is mandatory for stakeholder management in Chinese-speaking markets.
• Ability to translate policies into practical operational rules and risk-focused guidelines.
• Strong ownership and accountability in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, coordination, and incident response capabilities.
• Fast learner with adaptability to regulatory changes and evolving platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret Community Guidelines and platform policies to create actionable content judgment standards.
• Leverage LLM capabilities to develop risk assessment agents and prompts aligned with human judgment.
• Produce risk assessment and safety analysis reports to support policy refinement and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to implement risk prevention and control strategies.
