Job summary

TikTok is seeking a graduate AI Agent Algorithm Engineer to join the Global E-Commerce Affiliate team in Singapore. You will contribute to building AI-native workflows, agent runtimes, and memory systems that power multi-turn interactions and scalable tools for creators and merchants.

This role offers hands-on experience with LLMs, tool integration, and end-to-end production delivery across languages, with onboarding by year-end and opportunities to tackle bold ideas that drive GMV growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI/Math or a quantitative field.
Strong Python plus one of C/C++/Go/Rust/Java.
Solid ML/DL/NLP fundamentals with hands-on experience with LLMs or agents.

Responsibilities

Build the agent runtime powering creator/seller agents and orchestrate skills, tools, and context.
Engineer context, memory, and long multi-turn agent capabilities including retrieval and memory management.
Post-train and fine-tune LLMs and build data flywheels from conversations.
Design and integrate tools, Skills, and MCP connectors; enable tool search in large inventories.
Build evaluation mechanisms for LLM tools and close offline-online gaps.
Develop self-evolving loops with simulators and Auto-Policy improvements.
Deliver end-to-end surfaces in production across 30+ languages with measurable GMV and satisfaction.
