Qualifications

• PhD or near completion in a technical field (software, CS, CE or related).
• Strong ML/statistics knowledge with practical application.
• Proficiency in Python/Java and ML frameworks (TF/PyTorch).

Responsibilities

• Develop deep learning and operations research models for global logistics.
• Pioneer domain-specific LLMs using enterprise data for CPT/SFT/RL.
• Design and deploy AI Agents to diagnose and resolve user-facing issues.
• Predict ETA and logistics events with big data and DL models.
• Forecast sales and optimize inventory, pricing and subsidy strategies.
• Collaborate across supply, ops and product teams to drive growth.
