TikTok is inviting applications for a LLM & Agent Algorithm Graduate (Search) with a 2027 start. You will join the TT-Search Algorithm & Applied AI team, based in Singapore, to work on advanced LLM and agent-based search innovations.

Qualifications

• PhD in computer science or related discipline is required or recently completed.
• Strong ML/DL fundamentals; publications in top conferences are a plus.
• Experience with LLM/Agent projects and PyTorch/TensorFlow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize the search-domain LLM foundation and post-training pipelines.
• Develop the Agent execution framework (Harness) and multi-agent scheduling.
• Advance long-term memory, self-improvement, and RSI research.
• Create online Reward/Verifier systems and automated evaluation frameworks.
• Apply SOTA models for image/video generation and multimodal search.
