Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in a technical field.
• Strong Python plus one of C++, Go, Rust, or Java.
• Solid ML/DL/NLP fundamentals with hands-on experience with LLMs or agents.
• Able to read a paper or engineering blog and turn it into working code.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the agent runtime powering creator/seller agents, coordinating skills, tools, and context.
• Engineer memory for long multi-turn agents, including context summarization and retrieval.
• Post-train and fine-tune LLMs and create data flywheels from conversations.
• Design and integrate tools, Skills, and MCP connectors, plus tool search for large inventories.
• Build evaluation methods (LLM-as-judge, safety/cost considerations) and close offline-online gaps.
• Develop a self-evolving loop with replay, simulation, and automated policy improvements.
• Own end-to-end surface and ship production-ready features across 30+ languages.
