Job summary

End-to-end experience with product teams to build products.
Strong written and verbal communication; documentation and minute taking.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner are a plus.
Related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive product success by bringing the product to users.
Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user interviews.
Partner with product manager to run sprint plannings, scrums, retrospectives.
Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests pre-release.
Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix bugs.
