Job summary

Activate Interactive Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle for government agency engagements. The role involves planning, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring governance and quality control.

The position is fixed-term for 1 year, with potential for extension. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years’ PM experience, Agile background, and familiarity with AWS; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in software/product development.
• Experience with Agile development cycles and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PM certifications such as CITPM/COMIT/PMI are a plus.
• Financial institutions background is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timeline and budget.
• Engage with business users, project team, and external vendors.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates.
• Ensure IT governance adherence and quality control.
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation.
