Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based technology consultancy, is seeking a product manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive business outcomes by taking a product from problem definition to release and ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities include interviewing stakeholders, crafting proposals, defining success metrics, and coordinating with designers and engineers to deliver and iteratively improve the product.

Qualifications

• Proven record of driving business outcomes.
• End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage high-level stakeholders.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA and Balsamiq is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statements.
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
• Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
• Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive outcomes.
• Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop, test, and release product.
