Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for a fixed-term 1-year engagement with Singapore Government Agencies. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, develop plans, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, experience in software/product development, and strong communication skills. Agile experience and PMI/CITPM/COMIT certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management with full software/product development cycles, preferably using Agile.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• PM certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI are an added advantage.
• Key success criteria include product management experience and mindset, AWS experience, and technical strength.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure with adherence to goals and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget and resource allocation.
• Engage with business users, project team members and external vendors.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts and ensure effective team dynamics.
