Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a Distribution Services Agent in Singapore to support the Supervisor and drive growth of product and service within the district. You will perform daily customer service activities, coordinate shipping, documentations, and invoicing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have willingness to grow, learn and work hard in a fast-paced, professional environment; bilingual ability is preferred as the team operates globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary education with 2 years related working experience.
• Knowledge of warehousing and logistics operation is an advantage.
• Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Customer service skills.
• Familiar with customer’s ERP system such as Oracle / SAP (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily customer service activities and operations including order processing, documentation, shipping coordination, report management, invoicing/billing, and filing.
• Handle all customers’ feedback, requests, and complaints effectively and upscale/report to superior accordingly.
• Perform and dispatch all invoicing/billing to customer on time.
• Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of inventory in systems.
• Collect and compile data for measurement of key performance indicators.
• Maintain a current and accurate procedures manual that details the processing requirements for each account.
• Maintain proper documentation of paperwork associated with orders and accounts.
• To take up additional tasks as required meeting the Department needs.
