Qualifications

• Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily customer service activities including order processing, documentation, shipping coordination, reporting, and billing.
• Handle customer feedback, requests, and complaints and escalate as needed.
• Dispatch invoicing to customers on time.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in systems.
• Collect data for KPI measurement.
• Maintain procedures manual detailing processing requirements.
• Keep paperwork for orders and accounts.
• Take on additional tasks as required.

Job Description

Distribution Services Agent is responsible for supporting Supervisor to drive the growth of each product and service within the district as well as driving collaboration with the network.

To perform all customer services activities and operations of assigned customer’s account as to achieve 100% customer service satisfaction.

Tasks and Duties

Perform all daily customer service activities and operations including order processing, documentation,shipping coordination, report management, invoicing/billing, and filing.

Handle all customers’ feedback, requests, and complaints effectively and escalation/ report to superior accordingly.

Perform and dispatch all invoicing/billing to customer on time.

Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of inventory in systems.

Collect and compile date for measurement of key performance indicators.

Maintain a current and accurate procedures manual that details the processing requirements for each account.

Maintain proper documentation of paperwork associated with orders and accounts.

To take up additional tasks as required meeting the Department needs.

Qualifications
