Responsibilities

• Review and approve applications for sales activities and campaign management.
• Coordinate marketing materials submitted by Agency force and communicate outcomes.
• Document and consolidate appeals for presentation to internal decision makers.
• Update SOPs owned by the Agency Services Team to ensure process consistency.
• Review SOC deviation, Introducer, and Agency Leader proxy applications.
• Coordinate key projects for the Agency Services Team.
• Perform other assigned ad hoc duties.
