Job summary

CGS International Securities Singapore Pte. Ltd invites a diploma- or higher-qualified candidate to join an agency-based role blending operations and front-office exposure in a dynamic stockbroking setting.

You will handle client servicing, account management, trade execution and equity-market research with a focus on timely, accurate processing and compliance. Mandarin-English proficiency and CMFAS qualifications are valued, with structured on-the-job training and long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Finance/Economics/Banking.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• CMFAS certifications (M1, M5, M6, M6A) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client servicing matters including payments, settlement instructions and FX amendments.
• Respond to client queries regarding accounts, trades and payments promptly and professionally.
• Build relationships with clients and provide timely follow-up on outstanding matters.
