Job summary

CGS International Securities Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to support IPO advisory and deal execution across SGX and Bursa Malaysia markets. You will liaise with clients, assist due diligence, and help craft transaction documents and marketing materials.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, finance and accounting knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering quality results for a leading Asia-focused securities house.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and business analysis capabilities.
• Solid finance and accounting knowledge.
• 1–5 years in corporate finance or capital markets; fresh graduates welcome.
• IPO deal execution on SGX or Bursa Malaysia preferred.
• Degree with excellent academic results from a reputable university.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver on time.

• Strong communication, multi-tasking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute corporate advisory transactions including IPOs, secondary listings and placings.
• Liaise with clients and professional parties to oversee due diligence for IPO deals.
• Review and assist in preparing transaction documents for IPO and advisory engagements.
• Assist in preparing pitch books, information memoranda and investor roadshows.
• Conduct macroeconomic, industry and company-specific research.

Job Requirement
