Job summary

HMM (SG) Pte Ltd is seeking an accounting professional to manage basic accounting for overseas agencies in the SEA region. You will monitor AR, drive collections, and audit AP invoices while ensuring settlements with HQ are processed accurately.

Regular communication with subsidiary offices and occasional business travel to train and educate staff on accounting procedures will be required. Proficiency in Excel and the in-house system is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in shipping agencies control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Results-driven and proactive, with ability to meet collection targets.
• Willingness to travel for business when required.
• Proficient in Excel and able to use in-house accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with both internal and local policies, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.

Who we are looking for:
