NEXTGEN RENEWABLES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive to support monthly closings, financial reporting, and internal control improvements in a dynamic ASEAN-enabled environment.

You will assist with accounts payable/receivable, GL entries, bank reconciliations, and payroll, while ensuring compliance with standards and timely tax filings. Fresh graduates are welcome and growth opportunities abound.

Competenze

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional qualification in Accountancy, Banking and Finance or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant auditing, accounting or finance related experience.

• Able to build and maintain rapport with all levels of teammates from various departments.

As an Accounts Executive, you will assist and work closely with the Manager/Director in monthly closing, financial reporting activities, provide support in homogenizing financial processes, guarantee robust system of internal controls including compliance and improving functional excellence.

Responsibilities:-

• Assist in managing and overseeing the daily financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is readily available and accurate according to audit requirements
• Assist in tax compliance activities, including timely preparation and submission of tax returns.
• Assist in performing monthly inventories count
• Assist in payroll preparation.
• Support any administrative works
• Perform analysis on an ad hoc basis as required by the business
• It is foreseeable that this job could take on more duties as the company grows in ASEAN region
• Provides information to supervisors, and co-workers by telephone, in written form, email, or in person
• Informs and/or updates the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner
• Creates written and verbal presentations effectively (e.g. business proposal, and etc.)
• Always demonstrates a high level of professionalism
• Any ad-hoc duties to be assigned from time to time

The education, experience, skills and attributes important for this position are:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional qualification in Accountancy, Banking and Finance or its equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant auditing, accounting or finance related experience, fresh graduates are welcome
• An entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude: flexible, resilient, proactive, and enthusiastic
• Able to build and maintain excellent rapport with all levels of teammates from various departments
• A team player with ability to collaborate with senior management, functional departments and external partners. Motivated self-starter, resourceful and independent

• Effective verbal and spoken communication in English (Other language proficiency would be an advantage), including outstanding report writing
• Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a focus on creating high quality, high impact deliverables
