You will partner with senior leadership to develop policies, ensure MOH compliance, oversee resident care, document practices, and drive infection control and patient safety. This role emphasizes staff development and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver resident-centred, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Nursing leadership experience and governance能力.
• Experience in clinical governance, SOP development, and audits.
• Strong leadership and communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of aged care / ILTC sector is an advantage.
• Passionate about resident-centred care and quality improvement.
