NHG Health in Singapore seeks a clinical leader to oversee the ward or residential unit, ensuring nursing practices meet SNB Standards and HCSA regulations.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based, person-centered care in outpatient settings, with focus on governance and operational management.

The role requires a Bachelor of Nursing and 8 years clinical experience with supervisory exposure; additional qualifications in Oncology or Palliative Care are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Advanced Diploma, Post-Graduate Diploma or Specialist Diploma in Nursing (e.g. Oncology or Palliative Care) is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Prior experience in SOC or chemotherapy unit is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and governance for the ward or residential unit.
• Ensure nursing practices comply with SNB Standards of Nursing Practice and HCSA regulations.
• Lead the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based, and person-centered care tailored to outpatient settings.
• Oversee operational management of the ward/outpatient unit and related services.
