Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. seeks a Nurse Manager to lead daily nursing operations at our Elderly Care Center in Bishan, Singapore. This 5-day role (Mon-Fri) from 8:30am to 6:00pm offers a competitive basic salary of SGD 7,000–9,000.

You will develop clinical policies, drive governance and quality improvements, conduct audits, mentor staff and coordinate with doctors and families to deliver personalised care.

Qualifications

• Relevant nursing management experience, preferably in elderly care, nursing homes or ILTC settings.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, clinical governance, infection control and regulatory requirements.
• Good leadership, communication and staff development skills, with the ability to lead and mentor nursing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure safe, effective and personalised care for residents.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, clinical procedures and care standards in line with regulatory requirements.
• Drive clinical governance, quality improvement and infection control initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits and monitor clinical standards, KPIs and compliance across care services.
• Conduct resident rounds and review the quality and effectiveness of nursing care.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and development of nursing and care staff.
• Coach and mentor nurses while identifying competency gaps and supporting training initiatives.
• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, families and external stakeholders to coordinate quality care.
• Monitor staffing, resources and operational performance to support organisational goals.
• Support the development of personalised elderly-care models and strategic nursing initiatives.
