Job summary

byd (singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking a capacity & scheduling professional to forecast service demand and plan workshop capacity. You will track KPIs, analyze service trends, and coordinate with distributors to align capacity with demand.

The role requires 2–5 years in aftersales/service planning, strong Excel/DMS skills, and a proven ability to optimize scheduling, improve throughput, and support training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Forecast service demand and plan workshop capacity (bays, technicians, manpower)
• Track KPIs (revenue, efficiency) and report against targets
• Analyze service and warranty trends to spot gaps and improvement areas
• Work with distributors/dealers to align capacity planning with demand
• Support rollout of campaigns and maintenance packages
• Assess network readiness (tooling, facilities, technician skills) for new launches
• Support HQ in planning training curricula
• Streamline booking/scheduling workflows and support digital tools (e.g., online booking)
• Align with Service Operations, Parts, Marketing, Warranty, and OEM/HQ as needed
• Any other jobs assigned.
