Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to lead parts sales, warehouse and logistics operations, driving growth while ensuring efficient inventory, warehousing and distribution. 5+ years of experience in parts sales, warehousing or logistics.
Experience in spare parts warehousing and logistics is highly preferred.
Background in driving growth through sales and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow parts sales channels across local and regional markets.
Drive sales, business development and customer relationship management.
Manage sales performance, forecasts, budgets and departmental KPIs.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee spare parts warehouse operations, inventory control and 3PL performance.
Monitor inventory levels and minimise stock losses, ageing and obsolescence.
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
