Job summary

Makita Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Service Supervisor to lead and support our repair technicians within the Service Centre. You will work with the Service Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, ensure repair quality, and drive KPIs.

The ideal candidate has strong repair and troubleshooting experience and prior leadership or supervisory exposure in a workshop environment. Onsite work in Singapore is required, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant certification in Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 3 years hands-on repair or maintenance experience, including supervising technicians.
• Strong repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience on tools, equipment, or machinery.
• Experience training and guiding technicians.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work onsite in Singapore.

About the role

You will work closely with the Service Manager and focus on day-to-day workshop operations, repair quality, technician development, and achieving service performance targets. The ideal candidate should have strong repair and troubleshooting experience, together with previous experience leading or supervising technicians.
