Job summary

AERZEN ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an After Sales Service Engineer to support service operations across Singapore and the Asia region.

The role involves installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul activities for OEM compressor and blower systems, with a hands-on, safety-conscious approach aligned to German OEM standards. Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in rotating equipment, compressors or industrial machinery; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, bearings, seals, and maintenance.
• Willing to travel locally and regionally, and work on customer sites as required.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and start-up of compressor and blower systems at customer sites.
• Support preventive maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs in line with OEM procedures.
• Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities.
• Participate in overhaul works, including dismantling, inspection, replacement of parts, reassembly, and testing.
• Carry out operational checks such as vibration observation, alignment, leak inspection, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare and submit service reports, documentation, and maintenance records accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental standards and site HSE requirements.
• Collaborate with service planning, warehouse, and technical teams to support smooth service execution.
• Attend training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and technical capability.
