• Handle customer after-sales service requests and complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain good communication and relationships with customers, understand customer needs and provide timely feedback.
• Analyze after-sales service data, formulate improvement measures, and continuously enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and refine after-sales service processes and standards to ensure the quality and efficiency of after-sales services.
• Maintenance Services: Replace spare parts, conduct inspections and maintenance, track and report issues, and provide service feedback.
