Job summary

Hai Robotics in Singapore seeks an engineer to independently complete on-site robot implementation tasks, configure firmware for robots and conveyor lines, and provide essential customer support during deployment.

The role focuses on delivering large-scale warehouse automation projects, developing testing standards, performing on-site inspections, and enabling partners to improve local delivery capabilities, with frequent travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Robotics/Electronic Engineering or related field.
1–2 years or more of experience implementing AGV/ACR/AMR solutions.
1–2 years or more of experience in warehouse automation and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site robot implementation tasks and configure firmware for robots and conveyor lines.
Provide support to customers during and after deployment to ensure smooth operation of Hai products.
Implement large-scale warehouse automation projects including installation of AGVs, ACRs, AMRs, and conveyors.
Develop testing and acceptance standards and conduct on-site inspections and evaluations.
Perform automated system integration tests and assist with software testing during project implementation.
Empower local outsourcing partners and regional FAEs to enhance local delivery capabilities.
