Job summary

SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales & Front Desk professional for a permanent role in Orchard and Tampines.

You will consult with clients on aesthetic treatments, manage front desk operations, and drive sales through effective follow-ups and relationship-building. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or customer service within beauty or wellness, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, front desk, customer service, beauty, aesthetics, skincare, wellness, spa or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Attend to clients and provide professional consultation on the clinic's aesthetic treatments and services.
• Understand clients' needs, concerns and treatment goals, and recommend suitable treatments based on their requirements.
• Follow up with existing and prospective clients to generate appointments and treatment sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and long-term engagement.
• Achieve individual and clinic sales targets and contribute towards overall revenue growth.
• Promote relevant treatment packages, memberships and clinic promotions to clients.
• Handle enquiries and leads through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Follow up with leads and clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of client enquiries, consultations, follow-ups and sales activities.
