Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a vibrant Female Customer Service Officer for its beauty and aesthetic salon in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact, delivering excellent service and converting leads into clinic appointments.

The role is female-only, with Malay/Chinese language proficiency preferred to engage the primary client demographics. Full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and incentives.

Qualifications

• Female environment required to work in a Muslimah-friendly setting.

The Role:

We are looking for a vibrant, well-spoken, and results-driven Female Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our close-knit team. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service, building trust with our clients, and converting new leads into clinic appointments.

Due to the privacy requirements of our Muslimah-friendly environment, this position is open to female applicants only (preferred language proficiency/cultural familiarity: Malay or Chinese speaking).

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations: Welcome walk-in clients and provide a warm, hospitable, and comfortable salon experience.
• Omnichannel Communication: Promptly attend to customer queries, bookings, and feedback via phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Lead Conversion & Follow-up: Actively reach out to new leads generated from our marketing platforms to share promotions and secure bookings.
• Performance Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs (e.g., lead conversion rates, appointment bookings, and customer satisfaction metrics).
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate customer records and manage the appointment schedule efficiently.

Requirements:

• Female environment: Comfortable working in a dedicated Muslimah-friendly, female-only service environment.
• Languages: Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to speak fluently in Malay or Mandarin/Chinese is preferred to effectively communicate with our primary client demographics.
• Sales Drive: Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with making outbound calls to follow up on warm leads. Highly target-driven.
• Experience: Experience in beauty, aesthetic, retail, or telesales is a strong advantage.
