EUROLAB AESTHETIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a vibrant Female Customer Service Officer to greet clients, handle bookings and drive conversions at our beauty and aesthetic salon near MRT.

As the first point of contact, you will communicate via phone, WhatsApp and social media, thrive on targets, and support daily operations. Malay or Mandarin language skills are preferred; female-only environment; attractive salary with commission and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Guest relations: Welcome walk-in clients and provide a warm, hospitable salon experience
• Omnichannel communication: Attend to customer queries, bookings and feedback via phone, WhatsApp and social media
• Lead conversion & follow-up: Reach out to new leads from marketing platforms to share promotions and secure bookings
• Performance targets: Meet/exceed KPIs (lead conversion, appointments, customer satisfaction)
• Administrative support: Maintain accurate customer records and manage schedules

Salary: $2500 to $5500 + Attractive Commission + Performance Bonus

The Role:

We are looking for a vibrant, well-spoken and results driven Female Customer Service Officer (CSO) to join our close-knit team. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service, building trust with our clients and converting new leads into clinic appointments.

Due to privacy requirements of our Muslimah-Friendly environment, this position is open to female applicants only (preferred language proficiency / cultural familiarity: Malay or Chinese speaking).

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations: Welcome walk-in clients and provide a warm, hospitable and comfortable salon experience
• Omnichannel Communication: Promptly attend to customer queries, bookings and feedback via phone calls, WhatsApp and social media platforms
• Lead Conversion & Follow-up: Actively reach out to new leads generated from our marketing platforms to share promotions and secure bookings
• Performance Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs (e.g. lead conversion rates, appointment bookings and customer satisfaction metrics)
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate customer records and manage appointment schedule efficiently

Requirements:

• Female Environment: Comfortable working in a dedicated Muslimah-friendly, female only service environment
• Languages: Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to speak fluently in Malay or Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with our primary client demographics
• Sales Drive: Confident, persuasive and comfortable with making outbound calls to follow up on warm leads. Highly target driven
• Experience: Experience in beauty, aesthetic, retail or telesales is a strong advantage
