Estheclinic Singapore is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage daily counter activities and answer inquiries by phone or email in a Singapore-based clinic. You will provide expert consultations to promote aesthetic packages and products, aiming to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires knowledge of skin, body and hair removal treatments, strong communication in English and Mandarin, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ relevant experience in service industry such as aesthetic, spa, beauty, retail, or healthcare
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
• Knowledge in skin, body and hair removal treatments
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
• Relevant sales experience in beauty or aesthetic industry
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
• Basic PC skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and willingness to learn
• Training and uniforms provided
• Only Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents need to apply

• Provide professional consultation and analysis to new and existing customers, so to effectively promote suitable aesthetic treatment packages and products
• To achieve sales target and other key business targets
• Build good rapport with customers and handle customer enquiries and feedbacks, follow up on treatment progress etc

Job Scope

Requirements:

Suitable candidate should possess minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience from service industry such as aesthetic, spa, beauty, retail, or healthcare

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, to serve English/ Mandarin speaking only customers
• Knowledge in skin, body and hair removal treatments
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
• Relevant sales experience in beauty or aesthetic industry
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
• Basic PC skills
• Positive attitude, self- motivated and willingness to learn.
