Job summary

SGP Healthcare is a medical aesthetic clinic group with operations in Singapore. We are seeking sales professionals experienced in retail, beauty or wellness to support consultations on skin, body and hair and to present treatment packages to clients.

You will work with doctors and the clinic team, manage appointments, maintain records, and strive to meet service and sales targets while delivering excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a service-based industry is required.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with customers in English and Mandarin.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in, telephone and online enquiries and provide professional customer service before and after clinic visits.
• Work alongside doctors and the clinic team to support consultations relating to skin, body and hair concerns.
• Explain available treatment packages, procedures and products clearly and responsibly within the scope of the consultant role.
• Conduct basic skin, body and hair assessments in accordance with clinic protocols and training.
• Provide suitable service and treatment package recommendations based on customers' stated concerns, needs and applicable clinical guidance.
• Support appointment scheduling, follow-ups and customer communications through telephone and digital platforms.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the treatment journey.
• Work towards individual and clinic service and sales objectives.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists and other internal teams on customer care and clinic operations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with administrative duties relating to customer management and clinic workflow.

ABOUT THE ROLE

SGP Healthcare is a medical aesthetic clinic group with established operations in Singapore and regional operations in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Kuala Lumpur. We welcome sales professionals with relevant experience in retail, beauty, wellness, skincare, luxury or other service-based sectors who are interested in developing their career in medical aesthetics. Prior aesthetic experience is an advantage but is not essential. Structured onboarding and training are provided to help successful candidates develop the knowledge and competencies required for the role.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant sales experience in retail, beauty, aesthetics, skincare, luxury, wellness, healthcare or other service-based industries
• Demonstrated ability to achieve consistent sales performance in a customer-facing environment
• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional communication skills
• Comfortable working in a service and sales-oriented environment with performance targets
• Able to comply with clinic operating procedures, professional standards and applicable policies
• Able to communicate with customers in English and Mandarin with confidence and professionalism, as Mandarin-speaking customers are among those you will handle in walk-in, telephone and online enquiries
• Willing to work clinic/retail hours, including weekends
• Comfortable using common IT systems and digital communication platforms for day-to-day operations
• Willing to undertake continuous training and skills development

SALARY AND KEY BENEFITS WE OFFER

• Salary range: SGD 3,000 to 6,000 per month, based on relevant experience, qualifications and the responsibilities of the position
• Performance-based commission and incentives, subject to the applicable incentive scheme
• Employee privileges on eligible medical aesthetic treatments and products, subject to company policy, with benefits of up to S$6,000 per annum for eligible full-time employees
