Job summary

Service Connections HR Consultancy Pte Ltd is hiring a friendly front-desk receptionist for an aesthetic clinic in Singapore. You will be the first contact for patients, manage bookings, and provide professional admin support at reception.

Typical duties include greeting patients, handling communications, processing payments, and ensuring confidentiality while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, GCE O'Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Prior reception, customer service or clinic administration experience is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Handle calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and general inquiries.
• Assist with patient registration and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate appointment schedules with medical professionals and clinic staff.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with daily billing reconciliation.
• Provide information on clinic services, promotions and procedures.
• Follow up on appointment confirmations and administrative matters.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with general administrative duties, filing and documentation.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and data protection compliance.
