Job summary

ACCRELIST Medical Aesthetics (Central@Clarke Quay) PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to support daily clinic operations in Singapore. You will manage phone and SMS inquiries, confirm and schedule appointments, and greet patients on arrival while verifying treatments.

You will also update patient records, maintain front desk cleanliness, and process payments using various payment methods, ensuring smooth patient flow and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone / sms enquiries and tracking of appointments
• Confirm , schedule and / or cancellation of appointments for both internal and external patient (SM & Tracking goggle sheet)
• Follow up call / sms
• Receiving and Greeting patients upon arriving , confirming the right treatment and registering patients
• Data entry of patient personal information in system
• Maintain cleanliness of clinic and front desk
• Process payments using different payment mode
