Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, front desk, customer service, beauty, aesthetics, skincare, wellness, spa or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Attend to clients and provide professional consultation on the clinic's aesthetic treatments and services.
• Follow up with existing and prospective clients to generate appointments and treatment sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and long-term engagement.
• Achieve individual and clinic sales targets and contribute towards overall revenue growth.
• Promote relevant treatment packages, memberships and clinic promotions to clients.
