Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for a Quality Assurance professional to lead and implement QA activities to support plant quality metrics and the QMS, with cross-functional support to Ethics, EHS, HR, Delivery, Cost and CORE action plans.

You will develop inspection plans for aerospace components, define inspection methods, select tools (CMM, calipers, micrometers), establish acceptance criteria, create reports, perform FAI and in-process/final inspections, and drive root-cause analysis

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, tolerances and GD&T.
• Proficient in inspection tools such as CMM, calipers and micrometers.
• Experience with CAD/drawing software and reading engineering drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing and able to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed inspection plans for aerospace components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to define inspection methods for new parts.
• Identify and select inspection tools and measurement equipment (CMM, gauges).
• Establish acceptance criteria and tolerances from drawings and specs.
• Create and maintain inspection reports and records for traceability.
• Develop records for FAI, in-process and final inspections.
• Create CMM or gear programming for inspections.
• Ensure processes comply with aerospace standards and customer requirements.
• Investigate quality issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Lead initiatives to improve inspection processes and accuracy.
