Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to drive QA activities, maintain the Quality Management System, and support site initiatives across compliance, safety, delivery, cost and continuous improvement.

You will work with production teams on inspection plans, perform root cause analyses, and contribute to audits and training to raise quality and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing and able to work rotating shifts (Mon–Fri, Morning & Afternoon).

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement QA activities to meet plant performance targets.
• Support production teams on inspection plans, equipment and techniques.
• Conduct root cause analysis on non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve quality control procedures and inspection processes.
• Prepare reports on non-conforming products and components.
• Participate in internal quality audits to sustain the QMS.
• Provide training for certified operators and inspectors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for quality and ops.
