Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer who will lead and implement QA activities to meet plant metrics and the Quality Management System. You will develop inspection plans for aerospace components, define acceptance criteria, generate traceable QA documentation, and support internal and external audits while ensuring AS9100/NADCAP compliance.

Must have a degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering and at least 3 years in manufacturing with strong GD&T, CMM, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering; minimum 3 years in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, inspection methods, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with inspection tools such as CMM, calipers, and micrometers.
• Ability to create inspection plans, reports, and traceability records.
• Experience supporting audits and quality systems in aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed inspection plans for aerospace components and assemblies.
• Define acceptance criteria and tolerances from drawings and standards.
• Create and maintain inspection reports and traceability records.
• Lead CMM or Gear programming for in-process and final inspections.
• Support audits and implement corrective actions using 8D, FMEA.
• Drive improvements to reduce inspection times and enhance accuracy.
