Job summary

Incora in Singapore is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our Quality & Engineering function. You will ensure customer requirements are translated into robust processes compliant with QMS and regulations, while leading an inspection team and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Aerospace experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for aircraft products and resolve customer technical queries promptly.
• Lead investigations into product issues; perform root-cause analysis and CAPA.
• Act as primary customer-facing technical representative with strong relationship skills.
• Identify and implement customer-focused improvements to drive performance.
• Develop relationships with customers and suppliers to support objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop the Inspection team to meet business needs.
• Establish, monitor and drive KPIs for departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, regulatory and customer requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional CI activities to enhance performance.
• Comply with Health & Safety, Data Protection, and internal policies.
