Job summary

SINGAPORE AERO SUPPORT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a line maintenance planner to manage input, schedules, and task assignments. You will coordinate across multiple operation sections to ensure timely task acceptance and execution, with emphasis on accurate reporting and documentation.

The role requires a Nitec in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent, strong English communication, and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring of input to Line Maintenance Tracking Chart (LMTC) or LM Matrix from Customer or FTM.
• Monitor and maintain Daily Work Schedule (DWS) and Workplan (WP) for all planned tasks, WOs and WIs.
• Facilitate daily task assignments at Line Maintenance through Production Input Meeting (PIM).
• Coordinate with operation sections at Line Maintenance for task acceptance and execution.
• Monitor and update production reports (ADSI report; Report J) including preservation reporting.
