Job summary

SAESL in Singapore invites applications for a Planning/Control role focused on coordinating daily priorities and workload sequencing across the production cell. You will work with the Master Scheduler, CR Planner, and ICRON schedules to maintain smooth operations and on-time deliveries.

Successful candidates will have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, strong Excel/Power BI/SAP data-analysis skills, and proven ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong planning and control process understanding.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and SAP for data analysis.
• Good communication and ability to work across teams.
• Proactive team player with collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily priorities based on scheduler inputs.
• Plan and manage daily workload with Cell Lead to ensure smooth flow.
• Prioritize line and equipment constraints for efficient operations.
• Monitor ETC dates to align with delivery targets.
• Track OMAT consumption and safety stock to support operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication for timely resolution.
• Monitor delays in ICRON system for accurate visibility.
• Check tool calibration status to ensure readiness.
