Job summary

Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator to assist in checking aircraft components and consumables availability and to monitor ad-hoc orders. You will update shortage lists and communicate with Engineers on spares status.

Ideal candidates have Higher Nitec in Aerospace Engineering, strong English communication, and willingness to work shifts. SAP experience is preferred to support installation and dismantling tasks.

Qualifications

• Needs strong English communication in writing and speaking.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• SAP experience is preferred; familiarity with aerospace parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in checking aircraft components and consumables availability.
• Order and monitor ad-hoc aircraft components and consumables.
• Update Daily Spares Shortage list and track task completion.
• Communicate with Engineers on spares availability.
• Perform credit back of unused spares.
• Perform installation/dismantling of aircraft components on SAP.
• Manage 3rd party spares inventory.
• Coordinate with Customer Support as needed.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Executive.

Job Requirements:
