Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace, Business, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong data handling and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to interpret technical and commercial information for quotation and invoicing.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and standard office applications.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Programming, VBA, and SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer quotations based on inputs and pricing guidelines.
• Review invoices for billing accuracy and contract compliance.
• Handle customer inquiries on pricing, status, lead times, and scope.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Operations and Finance for quotes and invoicing.
• Monitor work orders and ensure cost capture and commercial setup in systems.
• Support resolution of pricing discrepancies and invoice disputes.
