Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Singapore seeks an experienced Sourcing Specialist to manage engine parts supply, coordinate POs and vendor performance, and drive improvements to meet production targets.

You will analyze demand, negotiate with suppliers, and support continuous improvement initiatives across a dynamic, international team. Onsite work at the Singapore site with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Aerospace/Defense is advantageous.
• Forecasting experience for monthly/quarterly materials to meet targets.
• Background in continuous improvements and aviation MRO is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-functional work.
• Ability to prioritize and negotiate effectively with suppliers.
• Proficient in MS Office and data tools (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Ensure material fulfillment for engine production and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Issue purchase orders and manage parts for New, subcontract and exchanges for a smooth flow.
• Manage local/overseas vendors to ensure parts availability and cost efficiency.
• Drive supplier performance reviews to meet cost, quality, delivery targets.
• Negotiate prices to reduce cost per unit for customers.
• Lead cost-reduction projects with stakeholders and track shortages/delivery.
• Review invoices for discrepancies and reconcile where needed.
• Monitor open POs and ensure action plans for stock alignment.
