Job summary

Perkins&Will in Singapore seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support the studio’s marketing and business development initiatives. The role covers proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other materials, with additional administrative support for the studio.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with strong graphic design, writing, and communication skills. Occasional collaboration on opportunities beyond Asia may occur.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting proposals and pursuits within AEC or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, journalism, public relations, or related field preferred.
• Strong graphic design, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Schedule and track production of proposals/qualifications packages to meet deadlines.
• Draft, edit, organize, and proof marketing collateral to align with Perkins&Will brand and client specifics.
• Research clients, market trends, and background information to understand the local competitive landscape.
• Support media-related efforts: creating media packages and website content; distribution to channels.
• Coordinate events, PR efforts, speaking content, and award submissions.
• Perform studio coordination tasks and manage vendors for repairs, maintenance, and supply orders.
• Assist Office Manager or Talent Manager on special projects as needed.
