Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, Architecture, or related field
• Creative and impactful graphic design skills for presentations and collateral
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and collaborative skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support development of proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral aligned with brand standards
• Assist pursuit planning, proposal coordination and business development activities
• Help produce visually compelling materials with emphasis on design and layout
• Prepare client presentations, qualifications packages and pursuit submissions
• Support social media content, thought leadership, awards, and client events
• Perform multiple marketing assignments against rapid deadlines
• Develop understanding of Gensler's portfolio, practice areas and market sectors
• Maintain resumes, project information, case studies, templates and content libraries
• Collaborate with Singapore leadership and marketing teams on priorities
• Support sustainability goals through marketing activities
