Job summary

Boys' Town is a Singapore-based non-profit social service agency dedicated to supporting children and youth in need. The team runs adventure-based programmes and collaborates with multi-disciplinary staff to ensure safety and quality in service delivery.

The role involves facilitating activities, assisting in programme design and evaluation, and supporting staff through supervision and resource management, with opportunities for local and overseas expeditions as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma holder with good communications skills (spoken and written).
Passion for active sports or outdoor adventure.
Experience in ice breakers, team building, and problem-based activities.

Responsibilities

Facilitate adventure-based programs, workshops and related services for a wide range of clients.
Assist Manager in planning, designing, and organizing adventure-based programmes and training materials including research and evaluation.
Assist Manager in programme development and improvement to uphold quality and relevance of BTAC programmes.
Assist Manager in developing and reviewing BTAC SOPs to ensure safety and robustness of operations.
Provide supervision and training for younger staff and/or interns.
