Job summary

Boys' Town in Singapore seeks an Executive to support adventure-based programs and workshops, serving children and youth in need. You will take on roles such as instructor, facilitator, and mentor, coordinating activities and ensuring client safety.

The role requires physical activity, outdoor leadership, and willingness to work evenings/weekends. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with relevant certifications in outdoor activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder with good communications skills (spoken and written).
• Have a passion for active sports or outdoor adventure.
• SNCS level 1/2 or higher, SNAS level 1/2 or higher, SCF 1-star/2-star or higher, SSI Pool Freediving (equiv.) with valid first aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in adventure-based programs, workshops and related services.
• Facilitate programs for a wide range of clients.
• Collaborate with BTAC instructional staff to ensure smooth program operations.
• Conduct programme recee with presentation and submit forms.
• Conduct risk assessments for events and programmes.
